Noel Goodwin
Noel Goodwin is an independent producer and talent manager with a focus on supporting new filmmakers develop their careers and produce new content. He worked at the British Film Institute for nearly 15 years as the director of the BFI Future Film Festival, alongside developing and running the BFI Film Academy events programme, where he watched and appraised thousands of short films.
He has supported the early careers of filmmakers including Nida Manzoor (We are Lady Parts, Polite Society), Rob Savage (Host, Dashcam, Boogeyman), Charlotte Regan (Scrapper) and Nathan Bryon (Rye Lane). Noel is currently managing a roster of new talent and developing a range of new projects, and has Executive Produced Satu, the debut feature by Josh Trigg.

Joshua Trigg
Joshua Trigg, a screenwriter and film director, gained recognition for his work in short and feature-length films. His journey began with the acclaimed short film 'DIY,' and his first full-length feature, 'Satu - Year of the Rabbit,' earned several scriptwriting awards, including the Best Original Dramatic Screenplay at the Houston International Film Festival and Rhode Island.
With 17 years of experience in filmmaking, advertising, and diverse film projects, Joshua has collaborated globally with major names like The Rolling Stones, Paul Smith, Nike, Virgin, Singapore Airlines, and Google. Notably, he's had the chance to work alongside familiar faces such as Pierce Brosnan and Ron Fricke director of ‘Samsara’.

Mitch Kalisa
Originally from Rwanda, Mitch Kalisa arrived in the UK as a child via Uganda.
He first explored his passion for film through acting, later moving into painting and sculpture before landing on directing as his primary creative output.
Kalisa uses his own experiences to underpin his cinematic pursuit of breaking convention and boundaries and telling rich stories from diverse, unheard voices.
He focuses on complex and often challenging tales, giving them a visceral character and performance-driven platform.
His film Play it Safe recently premiered at and won the grand jury prize at SXSW.
